Jon loves to entertain and cook and is on the constant look out for new recipes. His philosophy is that cooking outweighs cleaning by a long run which means that the rest of the team are left with the it, but they all feel its worthwhile. The hands on experience that Jon has acquired through working with people in different countries has inspired him to refer to it as his 'universal degree'.

Caroline Borg	Director Business Development
	To Caroline the customer is King. Her focus has always been that of creating customer satisfaction and on fulfilling their needs. Caroline's main role is to grow and develop the company whilst providing a wider choice for travel across the globe. Her zest to life means that nothing is too great a challenge. Caroline is resilient and has always gone out of her way to offer the best quality service to whoever needs it. Her pleasant disposition, a positive mental can do attitude together with a healthy body equals healthy mind, have always been a key to her success.

Fabio Franchi	Sales Representative
	Fabio is based in Milan, Italy and handles all of the supplier and sales relationships in Italy. Fabio's background spans over various sectors in the Tourism and Hospitality field with his 10 year term as Administrator with 'Consulting Touring Club Italia' being the main one. Other posts included a Sales position with KEL 12, a leading long haul operator. In his free time Fabio also lectures on various tourism subjects in one of Italy's most prestigious school of tourism which courses are also co-financed by the European Community.

Chris' responsibilities mainly lie within the technical side of Inspire Ltd. Together with his team he constantly strives to provide the user with a safe, secure and easy to use website. Most of Chris' spare time is spent with his twin girls, when he is not chasing after them he is out on the water enjoying his favourite sports of wakeboarding, sailing and swimming.
