A 10-minute walk along lively Via del Plebiscito from the Ostello will take you past old monasteries and ancient Roman theatres to Piazza Duomo, with its cathedral and typical markets. Rent a bike from the hostel and head straight to the seaside.
Completely renovated and set in a pretty courtyard, Ostello del Plebiscito is an official member of the Italian Youth Hostels Association.
Rooms here are clean and air-conditioned, with bright, fresh décor and their own balconies. Bunk beds are provided and each bed has its own curtain, lamp and lockable cupboard, ensuring your privacy. The shared bathrooms are large and well-kept.
Everything you might need is provided at Ostello del Plebiscito. Save money and cook yourself a Sicilian meal in the kitchen. Sit back and relax on one of the comfy sofas in the large TV lounge and bar area or use the internet point paying an extra cost. DVDs and books are also available.
