Hotel Perseo is located in the heart of Florence’s historical centre, you'll be able to visit all the museums and galleries by foot, just a 5-10 minute walk!! The via Cerretani is one of Florence's more important roads which connects the main train station SMN with piazza Duomo(piazza San Giovanni), which also confines with the more esclusive shopping district. Located just off Florence's most important piazza, the hotel is within a stones throw of some of the more famous restaurants and trattoria's.
Just a short 5 minute walk to the SMN train station, Congress centre and trade fairgrounds, easily accessible by car.
Travel information
By Train
From the train station the hotel is just a 5 minute walk. Take the underpass from the train station following the directions for the Duomo, you will come up in via Panzani. Keep walking straight ahead, once you turn the corner and can see the Duomo you are on via Cerretani. We are located on the right hand side of the street, directly opposite the BNL bank, just one block before the Cathedral.
By Air
From the airport we are just a 15 minute taxi ride away, there is a regular shuttle bus service available that connects the airport with the downtown Sitabus station. It operates every half hour.
By Car
Arriving by car, if you have GPS just enter Hotel Perseo and follow the directions. It is easiest to enter the historical centre from via Cavour and go straight down to Piazza San Giovanni (Piazza Duomo) where you follow the traffic which will turn right at the Piazza. Once through the traffic lights stop just infront of the BNL bank.

The Hotel has 20 tastefully decorated rooms full of natural light. Many of the rooms have beautiful views of the Florence and it's more famous monuments. All rooms are equiped with private bathrooms with showers, Internet access with ADSL connection, direct dial telephone and other comforts. The rooms have been decorated in an elegant contemporary style and offer a home away from home feeling. There are single rooms, double or twin bedded rooms for 2 people, triple rooms for 3 and family rooms for 2 adults and 2 children.

Our quadruple rooms are ideally for families, 2 Adults and 2 children. The rooms have one King/Queen size bed and 2 single beds. The single beds are a bunk bed system. There are 2 rooms that suit 4 Adults, when making your reservation please specify any special requests. Many rooms have a stunning rooftops views of the historical centre of Florence.
