BOOKING POLICY Currencies When paying for your booking please be advised that the amount charged to your credit card will be in the currency that you make your booking in. Before checking out please select the appropriate currency, this will ensure that you are charged in that particular currency. i.e. If you hold a UK credit card and you select your preferred currency as GBP, the amount charged to your credit card will appear in GBP. Nonetheless, the voucher and any outstanding payment values will be displayed and printed in the equivalent amount in Euro. Languages Your booking and respective voucher(s) will be processed in English. Flights When you purchase a flight from ChooseItaly.com you are using a co-branded service provided by Volagratis. Please read all the relative booking terms and policies for detailed information regarding flight bookings, cancellations and other modifications. Hotels We feature a selected amount of Italy hotels on our site. These can be booked online using our secure booking engine. On booking your hotel through ChooseItaly.com, your credit card is charged with a pre-determined % non-refundable deposit. This is clearly outlined during the check-out process and the e-booking voucher. The hotel will process payment of the remaining balance together with any extra services purchased at your hotel during your stay in Italy. You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting us and quoting your ChooseItaly.com reference number. In the event that you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply: The % deposit you paid to secure your room will be retained. In addition, the Hotel may have individual policies. Please refer to the hotel detail page for more info. Any Cancellations done after 10:00 am on Check-in date will be considered as a no show. Hotels directly manage their availability & rates on this website. In the event that you need further assistance please contact ChooseItaly.com quoting your booking reference number, and we will endeavour to assist you. Tours Full payment is required at the time of booking your Tours. You can request a cancellation or modification by contacting us and quoting your ChooseItaly.com receipt number. In the event that you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
When you send a request for more information or email ChooseItaly.com or any of the listed partners you will automatically receive an email confirmation that your email has been delivered. Subsequently a local agent will follow through your request and contact you within 48hrs. Miscellaneous Partner and Third party sites Our privacy policy does not apply to our partner's and third party's sites that you may access from this Website.
